1月26日上午，bc game bet“E路启航”学术论坛第二十九期在长安校区bc game bet159会议室成功举行。此次论坛邀请到德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学张慧博士后做分享交流，学院师生共20余人参加了本次论坛。论坛由王佳副教授主持。

王佳副教授首先介绍了张慧博士的个人简历，随后张慧博士做了题为《高压CMOS像素传感器》的报告，首先介绍了CMOS集成电路设计流程，对设计环境、设计工具、生产制造、封装测试等进行了简要说明。以此作为引题，报告进入第二部分“高压CMOS像素传感器设计”。从CMOS工艺的刨面图对比介绍了高压CMOS像素传感器与普通CMOS传感器的区别，突出了其优点。在此基础上介绍了该类电路的主要应用领域。从电子元器件级到系统级设计进行了翔实生动的讲解。最后，张慧博士结合设计的多个芯片实例，对电路设计、版图设计、测试结果分析的整个芯片流程做了讲解。

在自由交流环节，参会师生就芯片设计的多个主要技术方面进行了热烈讨论，并结合参研项目遇见的具体设计问题进行了深入讨论和交流。

本论坛旨在以浓厚的学术氛围提升师生科研积极性和主动性，对于促进优质学术资源的更新共享、产出高质量科研成果具有积极影响。
